70th anniversary card My Red Cross Memories - Cecilia Tan

This is Ms Cecilia Tan. She joined the Blood Donor Recruitment Programme (BDRP) of the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) in 2000. She served as the Head of Blood Donor Recruitment Programme,
and as a Deputy Secretary General for Singapore Red Cross.


Our utmost respect to Ms Tan and other dedicated people who have given so much of themselves to our humanitarian cause in the decades following our establishment in 1949 - as the Singapore branch of the British Red Cross, and after we got incorporated as the Singapore Red Cross Society in 1973 - by an Act of Parliament. We salute you.
